Day 4.
"The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer," said the man who believed in utopia as part of living history.
Surely, when Omar Tello set out to make a deforested land into a forest, he did not think about time or effort, but about the final point, which he also knew would never arrive because his efforts would be daily and for life.
The Las Orquídeas Botanical Garden contains many stories that began with rescuing endangered plant species. Then came the gradual approach to fauna, work that nature would take care of in its evolution with each recovered plant.
The final result is the new model of conservation, always under construction, in the construction of a paradigm as a faithful reflection of the flashes that animate us from the depths of the jungle.
Embark on an enlightening journey of conservation as you start your morning with a short lecture that will open your eyes to the importance of protecting our planet. Next, be guided by the passionate and knowledgeable Omar, as he takes you on a tour of his Botanical Garden, revealing the secrets and wonders of this unique and special place.
After a nourishing lunch, roll up your sleeves and get a firsthand experience of traditional conservation methods, as you plant a tree, making a meaningful contribution to the preservation of the forest. As the day comes to an end, gather together for a thought-provoking conversation on conservation and the role each one of us can play in creating a more sustainable future for our planet. This will be an educational and fulfilling day that will leave you feeling empowered to make a positive impact on the world.
