Constructed in Guayaquil Ecuador in 2006, this cruise yacht is larger than its Galapagos sister ships: Tip Top II and Tip Top III. A modern, air-conditioned Galapagos motor yacht, the Tip Top IV can accommodate 16 passengers in its 10 double cabins, with four cabins on the upper deck and six on the lower deck. All cabins have two twin beds that can be modified into double beds upon request. Each cabin also has its own private bathroom (with a hot-water shower, washbasin, vanity and lavatory), a locker and drawers.
The Tip Top fleet is managed by the famous Wittmer family, some of the very earliest settlers in the history of the islands.
All cabins have lower beds (twin or king), some with panoramic windows. Useful facilities include wardrobe, safe box, air conditioning and hot water. Inter-connected cabins are available, ideal for family groups travelling together.
Social area aboard the Tip Top IV include teak floored sun deck, dining room, well-stocked bar, lounge, library with TV/DVD & sound system. Sea kayaks are available on board for adventurous guests, be sure to reserve in advance if interested.
